I Ain't Gonna Paint No More Art and Book Club

November's K-2 Art and Book Club was an adventure. There were several families that braved the thunderstorm to make it! And we only lost power for a little bit...We read I Ain't Gonna Paint No More by Karen Beaumont. It is illustrated by one of my favorite illustrators, David Catrow! After reading the story, kiddos and parents alike painted their bodies. Not their real bodies, silly, but paper bodies. And boy were they creative paintings.
