Kinder Shape Birds

Kinder kiddos learned about lines and shapes. When a line bends, a shape begins! After practicing shapes, we did a directed drawing bird with sharpie (There are no mistakes in art!) and filled in spaces with our favorite shapes. We then used watercolor paint to add color and cut them out! Wow! What great scissor users we have in kinder! To finish off the project, we created a setting (the background) for our birds.
